How to delete Epson PowerENGAGE???

I'm running MacOS Monterey 12.6 on my MacBook Pro M1 and I'm getting this random Epson PowerENGAGE pop-up from time to time even after trying to delete it with its own application. I can't find the folder within "library" either. Maybe someone can help as I don't want to reset my MacBook to its factory settings.
