Allowing in app purchases not working

My in app purchases in settings is set to allow, but it is still not letting me do in app purchases

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

We see you viewed the Apple Support page for Buy additional app features with in-app purchases and subscriptions - Apple Support


The first step is to check your Screen Time settings to see if that is preventing the purchase. Try here:

"Go to Settings > Screen Time"

If the issue remains, do you see an error message, or what happens exactly?

Does it happen with multiple apps?
