Apple doesn't actually replace the screen on Apple Watch. Instead, for a price, they provide a replacement watch, which is the same model and color.

If you are close enough to an Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider (such as BestBuy), take your watch to them and they'll provide the pricing options for your specific model watch.

Then I'd opt for a newer model Apple Watch.
