Am i the only one who wants an option to always show the toolbar I safari. I don’t like when it disappears when you scroll. I’m on the iPhone 13 Pro and the screen is big enough to always show the toolbar.

Okay, that auto-hides when scrolling. I am not aware of any way to turn off that behavior. You can suggest to Apple that you would like to see that as a feature by going to their feedback page, Feedback - iPhone - Apple
Are you referring to the Address Bar where you type in the web address you wish to go to?
No the bar at the bottom where you have to going forward and back arrows.
