Why can’t I download a new Apple Arcade game?

Please read before asking if I did this or that.

I restarted my phone, I updated to the latest ios, I updated my payment information, I changed my password, I logged out and logged back in, I downloaded other apple arcade games successfully.

So what’s it with this one game? I’m just trying to download ‘Stitch’ and I keep getting the message ‘Unable to Process your Request’

I’m just frustrated now.
