Logging onto my iMac
I"ve tried logging onto my iMac with my Apple ID and password but it won't open up. I have to use "guest User" instead. I have no other problems accessing my other products with my ID and password. What am I doing wrong?
Was anything changed or installed on the Mac right before the issue appeared? Sometimes in the login window you can see a keyboard viewer menulet on the right side of the menu bar. Does it look like the same keyboard you are normally using?
Is there another Admin account you can log into on this machine?
