This phone was for one of my workers he forgot the pass code and Apple ID and he is no longer work for me now I have the phone but I couldn't open it. I contacted AT&T they couldn't do it please I will need your help.
I have a business account with AT&T
You will need to provide Apple with the original proof of purchase for the device to have the activation lock removed.
Contact Apple. They will tell you whether the documentation you have is sufficient.
I have the account with AT&T showing the phone number on my business statement.and all the IMEI number
