After installing Ventura I am getting this “360SafeDaemon.app” is damaged and can’t be opened. Can't get rid of it.. any suggestions ? thanks in advance

It's from the anti-virus 360 Safeguard/360 Total Security. I recommend you uninstall it immediately, as anti-virus programs only slow down your Mac without providing any useful features. Mac does not need an anti-virus.

Contact the Specific Developer(s) of either or both Applications requesting their Specific Instructions on how to remove from Apple macOS
After all, it is their Software to support on such matters.
