full disk access not working

I have been running TrendMicro on my iMac without any problems , I upgraded to Ventura 13.0

and TrendMrico keeps putting up a popup windows saying that it needs full disk access it show in

privacy and security - full disk access all the boxes for Trend Mrico are highlighted but it does not work

any help

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

third party software

Look for any built in or in-app uninstaller and use that.
