After Installing Ventura: System_Settings - Network - Ethernet is blank

Did you just click on the Ethernet bar's right arrow? Or the tiny button with ellipsis on the bottom right of the Network pane? The tiny button should take you to the details.

if it is working why is it you have to see details— if you have an issue you did not state the problem

From Terminal.app you have some control over ethernet, to see your existing, copy and paste;

curl ifconfig.me

more on the command-line:

 man ifconfig | more

example only to make a change

ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000e

to

ethernet0.virtualDev = "vmxnet3"
