I received my brand new iPad Pro today and I notice a screen flicker when looking at certain areas with the Settings App. I also see a text color change to a red hew when scrolling a list up and down of white letters. I’m running iPadOS 16.1.
I’ve had each generation of iPad Pro and haven’t seen this yet.
Oh, I’d call Apple Support but they are closed.

Definitely an issue at night in night mode.
Turned off night mode and goes away.
Hope for a software update.
I had the same issue. It appears to have been fixed after updating to iPadOS 16.2 (20C65).
Spoke with Apple support. Was told I needed to bring it in to have a store employee look at it. I took a video and shared with the chat person. They agreed they could see it. I’m within the return timeframe and may just return and keep my 2GEN iPad.
I am wondering about maybe a software problem. I see the weird text at night in night mode. If I do to displays and choose strict calibration the problem seems to disappear. Will give it a few days to see if Apple posts something before returning.
Yes, same issue. As I scroll the screen is a bit blurry with a red tint. Driving me insane!
