Many shipping kits are despatched in a plastic outer envelope - within which is the return packaging. The returns label is usually loose within the wrapping envelope along with a small square printer leaflet of instructions. The paper elements can be easily missed.
If you kit arrived in this type of packaging, thoroughly check the packing before discarding anything. If anything is missing, contact Apple Support. You’ll find the Get Support link at top-right of this page.
