I want to download the iPadOS 17 update but I don't have enough storage space I want to download the 17os update and whenever I go to download it it says I don't have enough storage space. I have 28.1GB used out of 32 GB. Isn't that enough? There is also another update that I haven't done which is iPadOS 16.7. [Re-titled by Moderator]

You can’t. The device you have is too old to update any further.
