Bak Up iPhone to Win PC USB to Lightening

Backing Up iPhone 13 to Win 11 PC. Instructions state: Connect iPhone to PC with USB cable. But iPhone takes a Lightening male plug while PC takes a Male USB plug. What to do? I prefer not to bak it up to the cloud. TIA.

I have an I phone x with a lightning charge port. If I want to connect to a PC computer to backup the phone, do I just use the lightning cord and plug the other end, a USB A, directly to the PC USB port? usb-c to lightening cable sync Hi I'm using the USB-c to lightening cable that came with my iphone 12 max pro and it will charge fine but how do I get itune's to sync/backup using it? When I load itunes the phone doesn't show (like it would via USB) and also when I connect it to my laptop, it doesn't show as connected. Anything I should try?
