Smart invert keeps ON

Since i upgrade to ios 16, every morning the smart invert keeps turning ON, so i have to switch off every time. I upgrade to ios 16.1, but the problem doesn't resolved.

my phone iphone 13 pro max.

so annoying.

Anyone can help ?
