Maybe you can help me about my iMac 10.13 with two thunderbolts ports (1 or 2 I guess) and no HDMI port. I want to connect it to a drawing display tablet Huion Kamvas 16 (2021) and I need a HDMI port. I think I' ll need an adapter. Could you tell me if there is a problem with that and the right adapter?

What year model is your iMac?

From your description it sounds like you need the following,
mini displayport (thunderbolt 2) to hdmi adapter
Plus you need the HUION 3 in 2 cable and to download the macOS drivers.
