If you still can't pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone, just let us know what happens specifically when you attempt to do so. Be sure to include any specific details as well as the iOS version you're running on your iPhone and the watchOS version that's currently installed on your Apple Watch.
You can go to Settings > General > About to locate the version of your iPhone. On your Apple Watch, you can go to Settings > General > About to locate the watchOS version.
