Haven’t received my instant transfer from Apple Cash to my bank account.

This will be my 3rd time Apple has done this to me! And I’m not the only one! I recently had 40$ in my apple cash card and I decided to transfer it to my bank account using the debit card thats on file. I paid the fee to get it instantly to my bank and never received it! This is extremely frustrating, APPLE CASH says the status is cleared and yet I have not received my funds! I called an Apple wallet specialist and just like the last 3 times they gave me an “Approval Code” from the transfer I made and told me to call my bank. So then I did and the bankers can’t see any pending transfers whats so ever, I told them Apple gave me this “Approval code” from the transfer and the bank told me they don’t even know what that is.  SO LITERALLY THE MONEY HAS DISAPPEARED INTO THIN AIR and is no where to be found! Apple has not resolved this issue and this is THE 3RD TIME THEY’VE DONE THIS TO ME!!! I suspect the bank they’re using “GREEN DOT” is stealing money from Apple wallet users because there’s multiple people that this has happened to! I doubled checked I sent it to my OWN BANK ACCOUNT and plus it’s the only one I have on file connected to apple wallet/cash, again I am extremely frustrated because Apple does not provide a solution for this problem. Since 2020 this has happened to me and today is my 3RD time!!!  I have yet to receive my money all these years! 

Does anyone have a solution to this?? Please if anyone can help, I do not want to lose my money again!
