Following iOS 16.0.3 upgrade to an iPhone 11, the Bluetooth connection to my car now cuts off, skips during conversation. This issue does not happen when my older iphone 6s Plus, with iOS 15.7, is connected to the same car using the cars Bluetooth. iPhone battery health in both phones is over 80%. Is there a fix for this? Victor

My wife and I are both having this problem when connecting our new iPhones to our 2013 Acura RDX via bluetooth.
We each have an iPhone 14 Pro Max.
Ever since I got my this new phone I've had issues. When Apple Maps (or Google Maps) speaks the instructions, they're cut off. For example, it says...
"At the next traffic light tu—" then stops.
"At the next sto—"
EVERY TIME.
I previously used these apps on my iPhone 11 while driving with no issues at all.
When I disconnect from Bluetooth, these apps work fine, but this prevents me from listening to music in the car.
