Showing silenced notifications to other users in messages

My husband sent me a screen shot of a text message I sent him which say I had my notifications silenced. My phone is not in Do no disturb mode or focus mode or any other mode that would do this. I have even gone through and deleted and set “do not disturb” modes that I did have previously (like nighttime). However it still is showing the same message to him and other people. I have restarted my phone and made sure I had the latest software update.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
