i got a new ipad pro, Facebook messenger opens to a blank white screen with a spinning circle in the middle but never loads. help

Same problem for me. I logged out of facebook app. Then I opened messenger and it asked for my log in information and everything worked.
Have you tried reinstalling the FB messenger app? Tried relogin into your FB account?
How about your internet connection?
That would be an excellent question for FB support. Their developer is responsible for making his app compatible.
Yes to all of the above. Have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled several times. Can’t logout because it hasn’t even loaded for me to login. Internet is good.
That would be awesome…if only Facebook was easily contactable for problems…
I did report it to Facebook, but you know, and I know, that they will never respond
I also have done all of these things and it’s not working. I’ll report it as well.
