Cannot Accept Terms and Conditions when Making In App Purchases

Hello,


I am currently having trouble on trying to accept the terms and conditions when making an in app purchase. It comes up and lets me do the double click to pay as I have an iPhone XS Max on iOS 16.0.3, it lets me press accept but comes up saying “We’ve run into a problem.” Is there any way this can be fixed? I’ve tried doing multiple things such as restarting but none of them have worked.

A restart was a great first instinct for this issues. 


Next, we’d like to have you test accepting the terms and conditions while connected to a different network. So if you’ve tested while connected to Wi-Fi, next test while connected to cellular data. If the issue persists, then can you also test attempting to accept them in a different app such as the iTunes Store app if currently you’re in the App Store app?
