Outlook for exchange not connected all the time , is this normal behavior?

No, I wouldn't consider that to be normal behavior. By "disconnecting and reconnecting" are you referring to this app's connection to the email server? Is this server hosted by Microsoft (general public use) or with the company you are employed at?

It is company mail (exchange)
We found the address in account settings is changed , and it back again after sometime automatically.
The address is related to old settings.
Are you know how we fix it , for example cache file,....
AFAIK, the Apple Mail app does not "automatically" change the email server settings for any of the email providers that have been configured to be used with it. If you are using the Microsoft Outlook client, you may want to verify that with Microsoft Support.
