Why can’t I set up an account for my child? Ok this has been so frustrating, I have tried on every Apple device I own to set up a child account and add to family sharing for my daughter. I get as far as keying in the PayPal code sent to my phone and get the same message every time on every device. There was an error. Please try again later. I also receive the message. Credit card processing is temporarily unavailable. You may continue to browse the store. Please try to make your purchase later. Can some one please please help as it is driving me crazy why something so simple is so bloody difficult!

Have you tried using a different credit card? Not all credit cards are accepted.
