Airpods Pro 2 Disconnecting Randomly

My AirPods will pause, the noise cancellation or transparency will fade in and out, and then will completely disconnect making the disconnect chime and everything. Then, they will reconnect on their own. I have to manually start back my music which will have skipped a few seconds of the song. The whole process takes about 45 seconds and will happen several times per song. It is completely on its own and there is nothing I can do to fix it on my end.

What should I do to fix this?

Hello cclay248,

If your AirPods are disconnecting you can start with these steps: If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted

You can also try resetting the AirPods: How to reset your AirPods and AirPods Pro

If you haven't already, make sure to test the AirPods with a different device to isolate if the issue is coming from that one device or the actual AirPods.

If they continue to disconnect, you'll want to contact Apple to report that issue: Get Support

Cheers!
