Purchased Roblox Premium but didn’t receive it

I purchased roblox premium a few days ago it says i purchased it but i haven’t received the robux.

Sure you have received an invoice from Apple.

Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

I have already reported it to apple because roblox support said to request a refund but apple declined
