How do I get Sound Recognition notifications on my Apple Watch?

How do I get haptic Sound Recognition notifications on my Apple Watch in response to doorbells, running water, and so on? I'm deaf and it would be great if my watch could vibrate in response to such sonic events. I know the notifications appear on my iPhone screen, but I'm not always looking at my phone. A haptic notification on my watch would be far more useful.
