When I open an application (random) and use it for a while, there will be a lag when I swipe up and close it. If I immediately reopen the same application and close it, the same problem will not occur. This doesn't happen every time, but from time to time.

If only happening with third- party apps, confirm there are no pending app updates to install.

If this is happening with iOS apps as well, you'll want to confirm that the latest version of iOS is currently installed on your iPhone since native apps update as part of the iOS. Currently, the latest version is iOS 16.0.3.

please reach our voice to apple team or support to fix this issue in the next update of ios because its a general issue all over the world and many feedbacks to you from other about this issue and no one step from apple to solve this issue
This happens with any app and native ios apps generaly it’s noisy lag not for me only but all iphone 14 pro max users all over ther world
and i sent above video explain this issue and no fix from apple please fix it in ios 16.1
