"No response" suddenly with my Eufy Indoor cam pan and Tilt camera in Home app
I have a Eufy Indoor cam pan and Tilt camera that I bought last year and using since then. Few weeks ago it kept show "not responding" in home app. To narrow things down below are some facts:
- The camera is functioning properly in the Eufy app. It shows live, videos it recorded
- The share data/app permission setting, network are all checked. Tried on and off share data and the issue still exists
- Have tried to remove and re-add the device twice, still exist
- There were a few times its working in home app, and there were times when even the "not responding" remarks still in home app, I can actually see live video in the Home app
- I have some other smart home devices, such as Demo switch, hue lights and sensibo. They are all working properly
- I have the apple 4K TV as home hub, and I checked to make sure all of them are using the same wifi network
Please kindly help as I am desperate to get this issue resolved. One additional issue is, not sure if its related, the "modes" changed while I was at home, and it triggered the alarm...
