Photobooth App on Ipad Mini 6th Gen

Why does Photobooth App on Ipad Mini 6th Gen not have video capability? Photobooth on my Macbook Pro is able to shoot videos, but not this Ipad Mini. Is there a setting I did not turn on?

Photobooth video doesn't play I have a 45 minute on photobooth and when I went to replay it, it showed a grey screen and a crossed out play button (Photo below). It doesn't let me play it, is it because the videos to long? Or a different reason? Is there anyway to get the video off it and play it on something else?

How do I make my computer stop prompting me to enable/try the 'phone as a camera' feature? This is insane. I do not want to use my phone as a camera. How do I make it stop prompting me every few minutes to few hours?

Peer the Apple instructions for the iPad Photobooth app, the app only takes phots, NOT videos rtoo.
