Cellular Data not working on iPhone 11 Pro

i have a iPhone 11pro max that data just went off out of nowhere and won’t come back on. I reset my phone I powered off and on I tried updating but won’t let me I need help nothing works

My cellular data on my iPhone 7 has stopped working My cellular data isn’t working and I don’t understand why. Usually, when it stops working it starts working again after a while or if I restart my phone but doing that isn’t working. I can’t text anyone or receive calls. It’s just as the title says.
