Apple Fitness plus Freezes at 10-15 minutes

I’m using fitness plus workouts and doing them on Apple TV. Last two days 3 different exercises all freezing around 14:58 . No simultaneous streaming anywhere else 1 Gig internet

Apple fitness plus workouts freeze about every 13-15 minutes conts... Did anyone ever get this fixed? I have also made sure my iPhone 14 is updated and my apple watch as well as the apple fitness plus app...I plug my iPhone into an HDMI adapter and a group of us use a TV at our gym to do the videos. For almost a year and half now the video will freeze about every 13-15 mins and we have to stop the video and then hit resume. It has now gotten worse. For a 30min video it will freeze 2x now. We have limited time to workout and this is more than extremely frustrating. I do not want to lose the 4 years of workout data I have with my watch or my awards.

Apple fitness+ freezes while workout Apple fitness+ freezes recently while doing workout. This happened after updating to IOS16. The calorie counting and watch status works but the video freezes this is frustrating and annoying. Almost every time this happens. It’s not the internet I have 300mbps and I always watch 4k movies on Netflix and apple tv+ on my apple tv. I even tried it after the workout the movies are smooth.

Fitness plus freezing continues Fitness workouts freeze every 15 minutes. Before you post a generic answer - My phone and watch are up to date and I’m very familiar with the set up and instructions from Apple site. Restarting devices does not fix it. It happens when my phone is connected to the tv via a cable. It runs ok when I just do it on my phone. Peloton app doesn’t have that problem with the same phone and cable connection, so it has to be something with the app. It’s getting too frustrating.

Same thing here. Apple TV 2nd Gen with Fitness Plus. 1G fiber Internet, does not appear to be a bandwidth streaming issue. Wife reports freezing right around the 15 minute mark on various exercises.
