Finally found my old music files in Hard Drive Library, and wondering how to get the albums back into Music App on MacBook Pro
Make sure you know where the files are located on the drive, and then add them into the library by the steps in here:

Thanks. That worked for most ‘commercially marketed songs’ in my library, but other types of recordings from readings, courses, or more eclectic types of music/chanting that were in music files cannot be found anywhere

Can you trace back to where the files might be, or any copies you have made since the original? Also make sure you do a thorough search of the drive where you found the other files.
