Voice Memos to Itunes

Is it possible to sync my iPhone's voice memos to Itunes? My iPhone is up to date with iOS 16.03 and I have a PC.

It seems direct management of voice memos has been removed from iTunes. You should be able to export to Files and access through iCloud Drive.

I wasted so much time with Apple support because of this and they didn’t have the answer.
