I lost a Word document when I repaired my MacBook Air

Hi guys, I really need some help for the good health of my scholarship. When I repaired my MacBook few weeks ago, I didn't see I hadn't enough space in my iCloud Drive account and there are many documents that couldn't be saved on the Cloud. In these docs, I lost a whole file with all my documents (especially Word one), pics... about all the research I've done for my graduation thesis since almost 2 years. Please, tell me someone could do something for me ???
