Unknown Monthly $32 Fee

my question is to apple, multiple people having this issue where apple taking $32 a month out of bank accounts & just calling it a fee. Apple tell you it might be a subscription or to just report it. I just want to know why they keep taking this money every month & my bank account was sitting on $0 now it’s in the negatives, I have no subscriptions, no nothing so. But it’s just very irritating & it’s money they are just taking from people who’s cards are linked to they phones, & I don’t want $32 taken out my bank account every month . stop doing ts
