If I do not have a debit or prepaid card, how else can I add money to apple cash?

You cannot. Those are currently the only 2 ways to add money to Apple Cash.

You can go out to most stores and buy a pre-paid Visa or Mastercard gift card that you can use to add money to Apple Cash.
