New iMac

My new iMac won’t update. Any suggestions?

iMac 21.5″, macOS 11.5

What is the type of your iMac? Go to apple logo about this Mac and see there

If it is the new 24in iMac or another relatively new model that supports Monterey: boot your Mac in the safe mode to see if it will Boot then

Start up your Mac in safe mode – Apple Support (UK)
