I'm about to update the latest version macOS monterey but I may not install this volume because its currently encrypted. so I went to fileVault and encryption is pause connect to power adapter to resume encryption. how can I fix this? I badly need help!!

Attach to the Apple Charger with the Apple Cables and wait for the Encryption or Decryption to finish.
Depending on how much Data is to be Encrypted or Decrypted it could be awhile.
Once it starts the process, AFAIK it can not be stopped
