On upgrading to watch OS 9 I lost my favoured modular watch complication where I had the date large and centre. I cannot find a way to regain this face - any help would be appreciated. I am tempted by the watch ultra but if it means I have to put my glasses on to read the date then it's not going to happen!
The modular face has not been retired. I updated to WatchOS9 yesterday, and I still have modular.
But, the weather summary (location, temperature, conditions) complication that I used in the center is now a very tiny daily view for the entire week. It's very hard to read.
Any idea how to get the summary back?
Sorry I doubted you earlier. Of course, you're correct. Now that I tried another watch face, I can't go back to the old Modular face at all. It's very disappointing to me, because I had that face set to give me all the info I needed at a glance. Yet another "upgrade" that's actually a downgrade to me! Thanks for your help, anyway.
That particular watch face has been retired by Apple. Find another face you like because you can't use it anymore.
You cannot get it back the way it was before Apple modified the face.
No worries. Apple makes changes every year. Some people like the changes. Some don't. I can see this is one not everyone is in love with.
