I updated my iPhone 12 fo ios 16.0.2 and enabled Prevent lock to end call setting. But now there is no option to reject an incoming call from the lock screen.
How to do it without disabling Prevent lock to end call ??

This is no longer possible with iOS 16.

Thank god atleast someone understood what my issue was. After ios16 update if we select prevent lock to end call option then there is no way to decline call on lockscreen. This bug must be fixed!!
Use the power button to decline the call.
