Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Is this only happening when you are on a Zoom call? Does it occur if you are on a FaceTime call? Are there any updates available for the Zoom app?

You can confirm if there are any updates to install in the Mac App Store:

1. Open the App Store and Tap Account at the vocrrom
2. Tap Updates
3. Check for Zoom app and tap update next it to install
