“You're Offline Turn off Airplane Mode or connect to Wi-Fi” error

Anyone facing a consistent issue in the Apple Music app when browsing a song the error “You're Offline Turn off Airplane Mode or connect to Wi-Fi” even though your wifi is working fine. Kindly assist.

If it's just the Music app running into this issue, troubleshoot the app itself since it's only isolated there:


  1. Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
  2. Remove the app then redownload it. This will remove downloaded songs, but you can redownload them once the app is reinstalled: Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support


If you still have issues, reach out to Apple directly: Get Support

For example, are you able to visit websites in Safari when this message appears, load content in iTunes, the App Store, and other data enabled apps? If the issue is only with the Music application, you'll want to complete the steps listed below as they're specific to resolving connection related issues with Apple services.   4. "Check the date and time"


If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
