HI, hoff_d,


One way is to pause the video at the frame you want and do File>Export>Export Frame to Pictures.


Another way is to pause the video at the frame you want and take a screen shot of it (Command-Shift-4).


Or, you could take a picture of the frame on the screen with your iPhone. This would be the least favorable way.
