I bought an Apple Watch Ultra abroad (in Poland) and when I went back to my country of residence (Israel) I was told by my carrier that the IMEI is not compatible with local Israeli eSim service.
Is that even possible? If so, is there some kind of workaround for me to able to use cellular on my watch?

They most definitely support eSims for apple watches but the person over there with whom I spoke with on the phone said that my IEMI is for a watch incompatible with the Israeli eSim service
It feels like it'd make zero sense for it to be that way, I'm thinking of going to one of their branches physically but I'm not s ure if it'd have any effect.
