Hello,

First, make sure you don't have a previous beta profile installed on your iPhone.

The easiest way to remove the public beta is to delete the beta profile, then wait for the next software update. Here's what to do:

  1. Go to Settings > General, and tap VPN & Device Management.
  2. Tap the iOS Beta Software Profile.
  3. Tap Remove Profile, then restart your device.

Next, carefully follow this guide to update your iPhone: Update your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Thanks for reaching out!

Did you participate in the beta program of iOS version 15? If YES, then you may still have the beta profile installed on your iPhone and that is preventing you from updating to iOS version 16. To check this, open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ VPN & Device Management ➡️ Confirguratoin Profile: Here, if you see a beta profile installed, then tap on it and then choose remove the profile. Once this is done, then restart your iPhone and attempt to update your iPhone again.
