Apple Watch Series 5 has been freezing

For the last 3 weeks my Apple Watch Series 5 has been freezing about every other night. I wear it to bed and when my alarm doesn’t go off, it’s stuck on time from the middle of the night. I have done a hard reset, unpaired and repaired, uploaded the latest update, have plenty of storage and now I’m out of options. Any suggestions???
