My Siri is not working after update 16.0.3

Question

My siri have a problem

when you ask siri she responds on it than she responds something when wrong please try again later

i reboot phone several times but still not working

Somewhat similar issue: I literally just updated and now when I slide up to search for an app - just nothing. My heart.. it hurts.

My only success was found when I restored my iPhone as new then restored to my 16.0.3 backup via iTunes. 🙁

this ain’t Steve’s Apple, know what I mean?
