Import existing email

After I set up my custom domain email in iCloud+, I don’t have the option in the system to import existing email. Does anyone experienced the same problem?

If the issue persists, can you provide a few more details? What exactly happens when you attempt to import your emails using these steps.

The steps to import at a later date are different than importing when you set up the Custom Email Domain. It sounds like you may have been following the proper steps, but here they are again, just to be certain:


Import your existing email messages later
1. Go to iCloud.com
2. Select Account Settings.
3. In the Custom Email Domain section, select Manage.
4. Select the email address that you want to import mail from, scroll down, and select the Import Mail button (or select the Add button  to import email messages from an additional address).
5. Follow the onscreen instructions to sign in to your previous email account and import messages.

If you're following those exact steps, and you're still not seeing the option to Import Mail, or the Add button, you'll want to contact Apple Support. Let them know what's happening, so they can look into why this happens.
