We are all Apple users, like yourself in this community, and Apple will not read your highlighting here.


There's a web-form for feedback to Apple.

They likely won't reply, yet if people are highlighting the issue with those who can make the changes,

we may see improvements in a future update.

Commiserations on your situation.

Apple is not here, just Apple users, like yourself.


You might want to try taking both your old and new iPhones into an Apple store.

You may receive help from the experts in transferring / backing up.

Eg: If your iPhone 14 is still under warranty, :you may receive more than the usual support., as Apple Care may apply.

I have reported this issue to them. Just want to gather more people to report also so that they can prioritise this.


I am stuck on transferring my old phone data to iPhone 14 Pro because of this issue… Could not backup my phone to iCloud/iTunes because of this issue…


C’mon Apple I am paying subscription fees every month for iCloud where I can't use because of your system issue?
